Shipping Information

We ship Australia-wide from our base in Sydney using Australia Post (Regular) or Sendle.

Please ensure you select the correct postage state at checkout. Selecting the wrong option may cause delays in processing your order.

All parcels come with a tracking number.

Once your order has left our premises and tracking confirms it has been delivered, we are no longer responsible for lost or misplaced parcels.

Estimated Delivery Times (from dispatch):

• Sydney: 1–2 business days
• Brisbane & Melbourne: 2–4 business days
• Adelaide: 3–4 business days
• Other capital cities: 5–6 business days

Note: Your parcel may not always be left in your mailbox. Carriers may leave it in a safe spot that is not immediately visible from the road. Please check around your property carefully before reporting it as missing.
